Solving impossible problems others say can't be done.

What is PII?

PII (Proxy Incentive Investments) is a network of 100x and 1000xers who want to build things. It is for builders.

It is the antithesis to what Big Tech, universities, and corporate America have become today. They are defined by managers, committees, and people afraid to innovate. They continue to squeeze out every last cent of revenue by making their products worse and less intuitive, with a complete disregard for taste, innovation, and the user’s well-being.

PII is SIP 2.0. But this time, they are not high schoolers and these are not research projects. It is about solving interesting, hard, and “impossible” problems with the goal of turning the solution into scalable companies. (The Power Law!)

More importantly, it is about doing it the right way. Not choosing quick returns. Not creating products that prey on users by turning them into data to sell, or making a quick buck by spamming them. It’s solving problems that take time, patience, ethics, and support.

As a PII fellow, you have all the resources you need (and more). You have permission to take risks and go hard to figure things out. You can make mistakes here. It’s not about being perfect. It’s not about impressing anyone or seeking anyone’s approval. It’s not about fundraising. It’s not about prestige or resume building. It’s about using your brain to solve hard problems and having the runway in front of you to run full speed without constraints. Ultimately, you are surrounded by like-minded peers co-living, building, learning, innovating, and experiencing the journey together.

Join us Summer 2026 (July 6 to August 8) in person. Location to be announced, but it will be in the Bay Area, CA.

I am looking forward to working with you all.
